Affinity Missionary Baptist Church of Cleveland, Ohio is in search of a full-time Senior Pastor who will provide leadership and direction to the church as it works to advance the Kingdom of God in this present age. The role of the Senior Pastor is to lead worship, preach the gospel, sustain evangelistic and outreach efforts, provide Christian education, model Christian living, and nurture the spiritual growth of all members.

Galatians 5:22-23 defines this leader as someone who exhibits the fruit of the spirit and thereby is a person whose confidence is rooted in the constant need for Christ. A leader whose willingness to serve and lead is born out of a genuine love for God’s Beloved as found in 1 Peter 5:1-4. A teacher whose character is defined and lived out as described by the New Testament scripture and the community of faith.

Affinity’s Senior Pastor will exhibit a professional acumen for solutions to uprising issues that flows from within them. A pastor whose soul is the essence of the ministry preached, exemplified, and taught to this flock.

Affinity’s Senior Pastor is family-oriented and sees the need of family involvement with a vision for the youth.
